Information Packages

If you would like to inform the scientists at your institute, your research team or your students about ABS ... our biology and law experts can provide tailor-made lectures and seminars.

Specific Information

If you have questions concerning ABS and your research project, contact us. We offer the following services:
  • information and counselling on ABS-specific issues
  • contact with experts
  • contact with ABS-experienced researchers
  • support in looking for contacts in providing countries

Coaching

We can accompany you through specific stages of the ABS procedures. For example, we offer:
  • support in contract negotiation and drafting
  • coaching in the negotiation process
  • support in conflict situations

Evaluation of the ABS-Tool

We are interested in testing «Good Practice» in a concrete research situation and evaluating its practicability for academic researchers.
This would consist in:
  • Informing researchers and providers about the ABS-system and the tool.
  • ABS-counselling in the preparatory process and during your research, if required.
  • Interviews with researchers and providers on their experience in working with the tool on conclusion of the Access Contract.
  • Evaluation when the research has been concluded.
  • This would not generate additional costs for your project or interfere with your research plan.
